Important customer information

If an item is in stock we will endeavour to despatch all orders received and paid for prior to 12pm, the same day, unless graphics are required.

Where graphics are required a proof will be sent and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct.  No claims for incorrect printing can be made if the customer has signed off a proof.

Where an item is out of stock, Signland will contact the customer by return to offer a suitable replacement or will ask the customer if they are able to wait for stock to become available, or they will be able to cancel the order.
